What You’ll Do:

As an IT Demand Analyst | IT Functional Analyst, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, playing a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technological advancements. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with internal business areas to collect, classify, and clarify technological demands, IT requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into actionable technical visions for IT teams.
• Supporting IT and architecture teams in crafting innovative solutions and managing application lifecycles.
• Recommending enhancements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Developing and maintaining functional documentation in collaboration with IT teams.
• Contributing functional expertise to technological projects and initiatives.

• Assisting in demand management processes and supporting portfolio forecasts and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Hard Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role in IT.
• Expertise in functional analysis, requirement gathering, and flow design.
• Ability to translate technical documentation into business insights (and vice versa).
• Familiarity with IT project management practices and Agile methodologies.

Academic Background:

• A degree in IT or a combined discipline like Computer Science and Business Management is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
